“Pass it on!” the guiding principle of the ICHEF’s DAY 2014, inspired by an American tradition which is the S’mores and Campfire party held at the JIB-IS grounds last November 10, 2014. The said event is an annual activity where the International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship (ICHEF) students can boast and enhance their culinary skills in a form of a fun filled activities and competitions.This year’s ICHEF’S day aims to be acquainted with fellow culinary first year to fourth year level students. Focused to gain knowledge and understand what it is being in the hospitality and culinary industry. Specially to create strong team building among students which is an essential values every ICHEF student will gain in the event.

 

Culinary skills and talents were lavished in the mystery box challenge, sushi making and the Philippine cooking challenge that they will cook a best traditional dish which is adobo. Exciting find your tools, guess what and memory challenge games were also participated by the students. Truly a moment worth to remember by the ICHEF students as they close their ICHEF’S day 2014 from the lighting of Wok, mob dance and as well as grilling the Smores in the campfire party.
